Support for Disadvantaged Individuals
This support category exists to help those who require funding to help with everyday needs or to pursue specific goals. If you suffer from a physical disability or learning difficulty, we can work to source personal sponsorship to support you.
To apply for funding in this category, you (or the beneficiary) must meet at least 4 of the following criteria:
*Some criteria may apply to a parent/guardian/carer making an application on behalf of a beneficiary.
- Be over 18yrs (or have authorisation from a parent/guardian/carer if under 18yrs).
- Have a diagnosed or clearly evident physical disability or learning difficulty.
- Be able to show evidence of a clear goal or ambition which requires funding.*
- Be able to clearly explain the reasons for your application.*
- Be able to state how any funding will be used and the value of the funding required.*
- Have a bank or PayPal account registered in your name or the name of your authorising person, for the receipt of any funding payments made to you/them.*
- Have access to an email address for correspondence.*
