To apply for funding in this category, you must meet at least 4 of the following criteria:
- Be over 18yrs (or have authorisation from a parent/guardian if under 18yrs).
- Be associated with, a member of or supporter of a sports or social club for which you are applying.
- Be able to provide a summary of the funding required and how any funding would be used to support the club.
- Summarise the nature of the club and the services it provides.
- Provide an indication of how much funding is required and the timescale for its use.
- Offer a summary of how any funding would be used.
- Indicate whether you require funding on an ongoing basis or for a one-off expense and explain why.
- Have a bank or PayPal account registered in your name or the name of your authorising person, for the receipt of any funding payments made to you.
- Have access to an email address for correspondence.
